Booking and Cancellation Policy

Reservations will only be considered confirmed with receipt of your deposit. All packages require a 50% deposit. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Lodge rental fees for self-guided groups requires the entire payment in full and is also NON-REFUNDABLE.

The balance of all payment for individual packages is required 90 days prior to trip date. We reserve the right to refund if payment is not received when due.

Written cancellations for individual packages prior to the 90 day deadline will be refunded minus a $250 administration fee. Cancellations received after the 90 day deadline are NON-REFUNDABLE and will not be refunded; however you may transfer your reservation to another week depending on availability.

Discounts are available to group leaders under certain circumstances. For example, if a group leader organizes a fully guided week with ten guests, the leader will receive a full discount on their trip. Contact us for details.
