We ask that all guests review our Booking Terms and Conditions prior to booking. Please note that a RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND WAIVER OF CLAIMS must be signed upon arrival in order to participate in the trip.
We take pride in offering a serene, natural mountain experience. Internet access is not available to guests. A staff-only connection is maintained for emergencies, weather monitoring, and essential outside communication. We invite you to use this time to connect with yourself, the outdoors, and the people next to you.
BOOKING:
Plan your adventure: 25% non-refundable deposit required to reserve a spot with us, if you are planning a trip 200+ days in advance
Locking in your adventure 200 days out: 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot on our calendar
120 days prior to trip start date: Final balance due
Please note that all payments are non-refundable. If bookings are transferred to another party, the new party/individual must first be approved by Boulder Adventures. If approved, and once the new reservation has been completed, with the Booking Terms and Waiver provided to new party/individual and the applicable payment received, Boulder Adventures will refund all amounts paid by the original guest, less a booking fee of $300 per person for individual bookings or $1700 for group bookings.
We will not hold spots without a deposit and we will not offer refunds due to border entry issues, travel delays, illness, injury, family emergencies, or unfavorable weather and snow conditions. Purchasing trip cancellation insurance at the time of booking is strongly recommended.
Reserving a Trip:
All reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations can be made by contacting us by email. Those placing a booking with us will be asked to provide their preference of dates and group details (i.e. group numbers, ability/experience, self-guided or guided, etc.) and group organizer contact information.
Please note that if any payments are overdue we reserve the right to cancel your reservation (without refund) and rebook the space.
Self-Guided Reservation: Any groups wishing to book as self-guided will need to be fully responsible for their own safety and that of all group members. Members of the group should have current and adequate training in using rescue equipment and conducting backcountry and avalanche rescues, in snow stability analysis, first aid training, and backcountry travel & route finding skills. Please refer to online maps and topography of our tenure before and during your trip.
NOTE:
The mountains remind us regularly that we are not in charge and things can change without notice; the Coronavirus proved to be no different. Our hope is that you will feel comfortable in our environment and be willing to work with us to create an amazing winter adventure.
In that spirit, we kindly ask all guests to take care of their health before and during their trip. If you are feeling unwell — with symptoms of illness — we encourage you to stay home and prioritize recovery, both for your own well-being and for the safety of everyone at the hut.
Let's work together to keep the adventure safe, healthy, and unforgettably amazing.
